Direct-Contact Heating Technology

10-12 Barrels Per Minute

Our direct-contact heating trucks average 10-12 barrels per minute flow rate. We can raise fluid temperatures from 14 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

No Open Flames

No open flames or hot surfaces requiring insulation. The exhaust vapors leaving the system are environmentally friendly and virtually the same temperature as the inlet water.

Small Footprint

A smaller foot print: On frac locations, where space is limited, our equipment utilizes  less area to deliver the necessary BTUs.

How are we different?

The principals of Synergy Heating, LLC saw a need to increase operational efficiency, eliminate risks of open flames on location and increase fluid heating speed.

By increasing fluid heating speed, we can handle a greater volume of frac fluid in a shorter time – resulting in savings to our
customers.

Our trucks come with multiple control monitors. This truck has control monitors in the cab, by the burner and at the back of the truck.

Multiple control monitors insure safety and efficiency.

These monitors track air and water temperatures. They automatically shut the system down if temperatures exceed a pre-set safe maximum.

There are eight (8) separate safety points that the system checks before burners are allowed to ignite.
